About My Company       

PropeR T Inspections came about as the result of a friend and mentor suggesting a way to support my family and be able to work a schedule where I could actually see them every day. Since my background was already in construction, remodeling and design, this was a very natural and easy transition.

In 1986 my house was totaled by a fire caused by a wiring defect. The fire and it's affects on my family were devastating. I preform each of my inspections with the memory of that fire in the back of my mind.I am a thorough inspector and I treat each inspection as if I were doing it for my own family. I take the time to review the report with you and point out the good as well as the not so good issues of the property.  

I am grateful to all who have encouraged this company's growth and who have contributed to it by allowing me to inspect your property and referring your friends and family. I have seven children and a wonderful wife who wants me to stay busy so give me a call !

I have 25+ years of previous experience in the Design,Building,Remodeling industry.

I follow the National Association of Certified Home Inspector's Standards of Practice.

I fulfill at least  24 hours of continuing education every year.
